High Standard carbine

This rifle was submitted to the Light Rifle trials by the High Standard Manufacturing Corporation. A change in the ammunition required a new chamber in the rifle, and it was sent back to the factory for this work to be done. However, it was never resubmitted to the trials, and was never fired or otherwise tested.
